IT IS ORDERED that the previous Order 48 is VACATED to the extent that it reopened discovery for a period of only thirty (30) days. FURTHER ORDERED that discovery is extended for a period of sixty (60) days. Defendant should re-serve the interrogatories and requests for production. FURTHER ORDERED that defendant's 58 Motion to Compel and for Sanctions is GRANTED on the basis that Plaintiff shall answer theinterrogatories and present the requested documents unless non-frivolousobjections can be made, or face sanctions.
