ORDERED that the portion of count one based on a finding of guilt in a disciplinary matter on August 4, 2006, is DISMISSED with prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that P's claims for deprivation of property are DISMISSED with prejudice. IT IS FUR THER ORDERED count three is DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the court notes that the complaint received by the court was without its last pages, would have contained P's request for relief and P's signature. P shall therefore file tho se final pages of the complaint with the court and serve them on Ds at the below address within ten (10) days of receipt of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall electronically serve a copy of this order, along with a copy of Plainti ffs complaint (# 8 ) and a copy of P's motion for temporary restraining order (# 9 ), upon AG. ( E-service performed 7/26/2010 ). AG shall advise court by 8/5/2010 whether they can accept service of process for the named Ds and the last known a ddress under seal of the Ds for which they cannot accept service. If the AG accepts service of process for any of the defendants, such D(s) shall file and serve a response to P's motion for a temporary restraining order by 8/5/2010. Ds shall fi le an answer or other response to the complaint within 30 days of the date of the notice of acceptance of service. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties SHALL DETACH, COMPLETE, AND FILE the attached Notice of Intent to Proceed with Mediation form by 8/25/2010. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that henceforth, P shall serve upon Ds or, if an appearance has been entered by counsel, upon their attorney(s), a copy of every pleading, motion or other document submitted for consideration by the court, with a certificate of service.
