Doc. #141. At trial, the 18 Jury awarded Ellis $1000 in statutory damages and $25,000 in compensatory damages from both 19 Alessi Trustee Corporation and Alessi & Koenig, LLC for violations of the FDCPA. 20 In addition to statutory and actual damages, the FDCPA entitles a successful plaintiff to an 21 award of reasonable attorney’s fees as determined by the Court. 15 U.S.C. § 1692k(a)(3). 22 Assuming Ellis intends to seek an award of attorney’s fees, any such motion shall be filed on or 23 /// 24 /// 25 /// 26 /// 1 before February 25, 2015. Ellis shall comply with Local Rule 54-16 in filing such a motion. Alessi 2 shall file any response within two weeks of Ellis’ motion.
