Before the court is the plaintiff’s petition for compromise of

a minor’s claim (#95) in accordance with the settlement of the

parties.

The petition is hereby GRANTED.

IT IS ORDERED that the settlement between plaintiff and Washoe

23

County in the amount of $99,999.00 is APPROVED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that upon receiving the compromise,

plaintiff shall establish a blocked financial investment account in

the name of A.G. in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS

($20,000.00).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within 30 days after receiving the

proceeds of the compromise, the plaintiff shall file with the court

9

proof that the blocked financial investment account has been

10

established.
