ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that cnsl for P shall meet with P as soon as reasonably possible, if cnsl has not already done so, to: (See order for specifics). FURTH ORD that P shall have 60 days to file and serve an amend pet for whc, which sh all include all known grounds for relief (both exhausted and unexhausted). Rs shall have 30 days after service of amend pet w/in which to answer/respond to the amend pet. If P does not file an amend pet, Rs shall have 30 days from the d ate on which the amend pet is due w/in which to answer/respond to P's original petition. FURTH ORD that if and when Rs file an answer, P shall have 30 days after service of the answer to file and serve a reply. FURTH ORD that cnsl for Rs shall make available to cnsl for P (photocopying costs at the latter's expense), as soon as reasonably possible, cps of whatever portions of the state court record they possess re the judgment P is challenging in this case.
