ORDER approving 17 stipulation between plaintiff and defendant MERS for MERS to have up to & including 60 days from entry of this order to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint or 20 days from the resolution of 5 plaintiff's MOTION t o Remand to State Court should the court enter an order before the expiration of the 60-day period. Opposition, if any, by plaintiff shall be due 30 days after MERS' responsive pleading and MERS shall file a reply, if any, 21 days after plaintiff's opposition. (MERS' Responses due by 2/5/2010.)
