ORDER approving 16 stipulation between plaintiff and defendants MERSCORP and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems for a 60-day extension of time from entry of this order for MERS defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint or 20 days from resolution of 4 plaintiff's MOTION to Remand to State Court should an order be entered before the expiration of the 60-day period. Plaintiff shall file an opposition, if any, on or before 30 days after MERS defendants file their re sponsive pleading and MERS defendants shall file a reply, if any, on or before 21 days after plaintiff files his opposition.
