ORDERED that P's # 8 Motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED. FURTHER ORD the Clerk shall add AG as counsel for Rs and shall make informal electronic service of this order together with an attachment with copies of ## 7 & 9 upon Rs by directing a notice of electronic filing to AG. ( Specified E- service performed 2/8/2011. ) Counsel shall enter a notice of appearance by 2/28/2011. FURTHER ORD that by 4/9/2011 Rs shall file -- and serve upon P -- an indexed set of exhibits with co pies (as specified herein).
