MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Valerie P. Cooke, on 1/3/2011. P's 12 motion to extend prison copy work limit is GRANTED in part. The court will allow P a one-time opportunity to exceed his photocopy limit in the a mount of $10.00 in order to prosecute this case. The add'l $10.00 shall be added to P's prison acct to be paid in full when P has funds available. IT IS SO ORDERED.
