ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that P's 16 Amended Complaint is DISMISSED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. FURTH ORD that P will have 30 days from the date this Order is entered to file his SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT. The second amend comp will superse de the original comp. FURTH ORD that P shall clearly title the amend comp as "SECOND AMENDED". FURTH ORD that if P fails to file a second amend comp, this action will proceed on the orig 6 comp. FURTH ORD that Clerk shall send to P a blan k section 1983 form w/instr along with a cpy of 6 orig comp and a copy of 16 amend comp (Clerk mailed both complaints and blank complaint form w/instr to P with a copy of this order on 1/11/11).
