ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner has thirty (30) days from the date of entry of this order to show cause why the court should not dismiss this action as untimely. Failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of this action. FURTHER ORDERED, petitioner's 12 motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED. Signed by Judge Edward C.
