ORDER granting nunc pro tunc 26 Motion for stay of proceedings. Because the Ninth Circuit has ruled on plaintiff's petition, the stay is now lifted. The scheduling order will be extended as follows: Discovery due by 3/21/2011, Motions due by 4/20/2011, Proposed Joint Pretrial Order due by 5/20/2011. There shall be no further extensions of time.
