ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that the 25 R&R is ADOPTED in part. FURTH ORD that as soon as practicable, but no later than 30 days following the date of this order, Ds shall arrange to have P evaluated by a liver transplant specialist regardi ng his eligibility for a liver transplant, whether at NNCC or elsewhere.
