Cooke 15 (#34) entered on July 1, 2011, recommending the Court deny the Motion for Summary Judgment (#22) 16 filed by Defendants Terrance Deeds, Cameron Horsley, Juston Perkins, and Joshua Postma (collectively 17 “Defendants”). No objection to the Report and Recommendation was filed. 18 The Court has conducted its de novo review in this case and has fully considered the pleadings 19 and memoranda of the parties and other relevant matters of record pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) 20 and Local Rule IB 3-2.
