AMENDED SCREENING ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that plaintiffs motion for leave to file an amended complaint 11 is GRANTED. FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs claims set forth in his second amended complaint 12 MAY PROCEED. FURTHER ORDERED that the Attor ney Generals Office shall advise the Court within twenty-one (21) days where it can accept service of process on the named defendants. As to any of the named defendants for which the Attorney Generals Office cannot accept service, the Office shall f ile, under seal, the last known addresses of defendants. If the Attorney General accepts service of process on defendants, defendants shall file an answer or response to the complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of notice of acceptance of se rvice. If service cannot be accepted for defendants, plaintiff shall file a motion identifying the unserved defendants, requesting issuance of summons. This Order supersedes the Courts 5/31/2011 Order 13 . FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff sh all serve upon defendants a copy of all pleadings. (See Order for specifics). (Copy of Second Amended Complaint 12 sent to plaintiff).
