ORDER For Summons and Warrant of Arrest In Rem For Property and Notice. IT IS ORDERED that a Summons/Warrant for Arrest issue against the property named in the Complaint and that the USA seize, arrest, and take into custody defendant $5,000.00 in US Currency, and that all persons claiming an interest in the property must file a verified claim. The person asserting such interest shall file an answer or motion responding to the Complaint no later than twenty (20) days after the date of the filing of the claim. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the action and arrest be given by the USA by publication. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the USA shall file proof of publication with the Court.
