ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that SPFCU's 45 Motion to Compel Discovery and for Sanctions is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Allison provide written responses, without objections, to SPFCU's First Set of Interrogatories (Nos. 5,7,8,12,13,14 ,18,20,26, and 27) by 12:00 p.m. on 11/4/2011. FURTHER ORDERED that Allison produce all documents, without objections, to SPFCU's First Set of Requests for Production (Nos. 1,2,9,10,13, and 14) by 12:00 p.m. on 11/4/2011. FURTHER ORDERED that Allison pay $1,000.00 to SPFCU's counsel, Robison, Belaustegui, Sharp & Low, for SPFCU's attorney's fees by 12:00 p.m. on 11/4/2011.
