ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff's Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis 1 is GRANTED. Plaintiff will be permitted to maintain this action without prepayment of the full filing fee, however, plaintiff must pay an initia l installment fee of $49.41. FURTHER ORDERED that even if this case is dismissed, the full filing fee is still due. FURTHER ORDERED plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days to pay the initial installment filing fee. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall SEND two copies of this Order to plaintiff (SENT), one to be sent back to the Court with payment. FURTHER ORDERED that NDOC shall pay the Court 20% of the preceding month's deposits of plaintiff's account, in months th at exceeds $10.00, until the full $350.00 filing fee has been paid. The Clerk shall send a copy of this Order to Albert G. Peralta, Chief of Inmate Services, NDOP, P.O. Box 7011, Carson City, NV. 89702 (SENT). (Copy of Order sent to Finance, LV.)
