Cissy Garrison, surviving spouse of plaintiff, filed a motion for substitution of plaintiff
(#36). No opposition was filed. Pursuant to Local Rule 7-2(d), the failure of an opposing party
to file points and authorities in response to any motion shall constitute a consent to the granting
of the motion. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff’s motion for substitution of plaintiff (#36) is
GRANTED. Cissy A. Garrison shall be substituted as the plaintiff in this case as the successor
to decedent Jimmy Garrison and his estate.
