The 27 court directed the parties to file any objections by Friday, May 2, 28 1 1 2014. 2 John Davis Trucking Company (“JDT”). The only party that has objected to the time limitation is 3 JDT’s objections do not explain why JDT believes it needs 4 seven hours to complete the depositions of Ashley Dunn and Whitney 5 Morgan. 6 believes it may need up to seven hours for the depositions of James 7 O’Brien, Robert Stillerman, James Flynn, David Rondinone, Ted 8 Bushnik, Mike West, and “some of the other non-retained experts 9 with respect to damages.” The objections provide only vague assertions as to why JDT Accordingly, JDT’s objections to the 10 time limitation provided by the court are denied without prejudice, 11 to renew as to any particular deposition for which JDT can explain 12 the specific reasons additional time is necessary. 13 IT IS SO ORDERED. 14 DATED: This 7th day of May, 2014. 15 16 ____________________________ UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 2
