ORDER. IT IS ORDERED as follows: Plaintiff's 1 application to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED; no initial installment shall be required - however, even if this action is dismissed, the full filing fee must still be paid; t he NDOC shall pay to the Clerk of the USDC, District of NV, 20% of the preceding month's deposits to plaintiff's account in the months that the account exceeds $10.00, until the full $350.00 filing fee has been paid for this action; the clerk shall SEND a copy of this order to the attention of the Chief of Inmate Services for the NDOC and to the Finance Division of the Clerk's Office (Sent: 10/31/2011); the Clerk shall electronically SERVE a cop y of this order and a copy of plaintiff's complaint on the Office of the AG, attn. Pamela Sharp (Electronically Served: 10/31/2011, see NEF for service details); the AG Office shall advise the Court w/in twenty-one days from the date of e ntry of this order whether it can or cannot accept service, any defendants the AG cannot accept service, shall file, under seal, the last known address(es) of those defendant(s) plaintiff shall file a motion identifying any unserved defendant( s); if the AG accepts service for any named defendant(s), such defendant(s) shall file and serve an answer or other response to the complaint w/in sixty (60) days from the date of this order; plaintiff is provided with filing instructions and requirements for this action.
