Plaintiff has opposed (#30), and defendant has 19 replied (#32). Plaintiff asserts that this court has personal 20 jurisdiction over defendant based primarily on the forum selection 21 clauses contained in the parties’ employment agreements, and to the 22 extent the forum selection clauses do not confer jurisdiction, 23 through specific personal jurisdiction. 24 The court may order jurisdictional discovery “where pertinent 25 facts bearing on the question of jurisdiction are controverted or 26 where a more satisfactory showing of the facts is necessary.” 27 Boschetto v.
