In the filing, EnvTech provides evidence 19 that defendant Talmor Suchard has threatened to immediately 20 disclose confidential proprietary and trade secret information 21 belonging to EnvTech. EnvTech maintains that the disclosure of 22 such confidential information would result in irreparable injury to 23 EnvTech. The court concludes on the current record that a 24 temporary restraining order is necessary and pursuant to Federal 25 Rule of Civil Procedure 65 hereby enters a temporary restraining 26 order enjoining and restraining defendant Suchard from sending out 27 or transmitting any letters or other forms of communication to oil 28 1 1 refineries disclosing EnvTech’s proprietary chemical blends and 2 cleaning processes, or other confidential, proprietary, and trade 3 secret information belonging to EnvTech. 4 telephonic hearing on the plaintiff’s request for immediate 5 injunctive relief (#78) at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2012. 6 The issuance of the temporary restraining order shall be 7 conditioned on the posting of a bond by EnvTech in the amount of 8 $500.00. 9 The court will conduct a DATED: This 31st day of October, 2012. 10 11 ____________________________ UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 2
