ORDER
14
Plaintiff has filed a motion for a temporary restraining order
15
(#91).
Plaintiff’s motion seeks relief based on claims that are
16
not part of the complaint in this case.
While the plaintiff has
17
filed a motion to amend her complaint to add claims relevant to her
18
request for injunctive relief, that motion is not yet fully briefed
19
as the plaintiff has not filed a reply to the defendant’s
20
opposition to the motion to amend.
Accordingly, the plaintiff’s
21
motion for a temporary restraining order (#91) is DENIED WITHOUT
22
PREJUDICE to renew as a motion for preliminary injunction should
23
the court grant plaintiff’s motion to amend.
24
IT IS SO ORDERED.
25
DATED: This 8th day of July, 2013.
