Plaintiff paid the full filing fee for this action and the complaint was filed on November 1, 19 2011. (ECF No. 1). 20 On November 10, 2011, this Court entered an order screening the complaint. (ECF No. 5). 21 Pursuant to the Court’s order of November 10, 2011, the action was stayed for 90 days to allow the 22 parties an opportunity to settle their dispute. (Id. at p. 10). The order specified that “on or before 23 ninety (90) days from the date this order is entered, the Office of the Attorney General shall file the 24 report form attached to this order regarding the results of the 90-day stay, even if a stipulation for 25 dismissal is entered upon the end of the 90-day stay.” (Id. at pp. 10-11). As to any of the named defendants for which the Attorney 3 General’s Office cannot accept service, the Office shall file, under seal, the last 4 known address(es) of those defendant(s). 5 7. If service cannot be accepted for any of the named defendant(s), plaintiff shall file a 6 motion identifying the unserved defendant(s), requesting issuance of a summons, and 7 specifying a full name and address for said defendant(s). 8 8. 9 defendant(s) SHALL FILE AND SERVE an answer or other response to the 10 11 If the Attorney General accepts service of process for any named defendant(s), such complaint within sixty (60) days from the date of this order. 9. Henceforth, plaintiff shall serve upon defendant(s) or, if an appearance has been 12 entered by counsel, upon their attorney(s), a copy of every pleading, motion or other 13 document submitted for consideration by the court. Plaintiff shall include with the 14 original paper submitted for filing a certificate stating the date that a true and correct 15 copy of the document was mailed to the defendants or counsel for the defendants.
