ORDER - The court construes plaintiff's 74 amended complaint as an amendment to add Chester Patterson as a party only. All prior orders of the court with respect to the 4 original complaint remain in effect as to the 74 amended complaint . On September 16, 2013, the plaintiff filed an 21 amended complaint adding Chester Patterson as a party. Save for 22 this amendment, the complaint is identical to the plaintiff’s 23 original complaint. The court construes plaintiff’s amended 24 complaint (#74) as an amendment to add Chester Patterson as a party 25 only.
