Stay condi tioned upon P commencing proceedings in state court within 45 days of this order; and returning to federal court within 45 days of remittitur. Hard copies of any exhibits shall be sent to Clerk's Office in Reno; as specified herein. P's # 52 Motion for time is granted nunc pro tunc in connection with the # 54 Reply.
