IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (#18) is DENIED. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Voluntary Dismissal of Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (#51) is DENIED as MOOT.
