Having considered the United States' motion for order confirming sale and directing
distribution of sale proceeds relating to the real property located at 4460 Conte Drive, Carson
City, Nevada (the “Subject Property”) and any response thereto, IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The United States' motion is granted.
2. The sale of the Subject Property legally described as:
The North ½ of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of section 33, Township 15 North, Range 20
East, M.D.B. & M. Carson City, Nevada.
Excepting therefrom the East 25 feet of said land as set forth in
dedication to Carson City, State of Nevada, for Public Roadway and
Utility Purposes, recorded on April 6, 1972 in Book 121 at Page 6464
as Document 2834, Official Records.
Together with all water and water rights appurtenant to the herein
described property.

Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or appertaining, and any revisions, remainders,
rents, issues or profits thereof.
