ORDER Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction 14 is DENIED without prejudice. Application to proceed IFP is GRANTED. Initial installment fee due in amount of $44.12. Monthly payments due until filing fee paid in full (c opy of order electronically served on finance department and mailed to Chief of Inmate Services). Clerk shall send plaintiff two copies of this order. Plaintiff to make arrangements to have one copy attached to check in amount of designated f ee. Clerk shall electronically serve this order, copy of court's screening order 6 and copy of complaint 7 on AG's Office (served 8/13/13). AG's Office to advise court within 21 days regarding service (see attached for instructions). Answer due within 60 days for any defendants represented.
