(Doc. # 53.) Defendants opposed the motion (Doc # 55) and Plaintiff subsequently filed a notice entitled, "Plaintiff Concedes his Motion for Order Directing Defendants to Provide Plaintiff his Property is Moot," stating that he did receive his property.
