COLVIN, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, Defendants. 12 13 Before the Court is plaintiff’s application for a status check as to the disposition of 14 this matter pursuant to Local Rule 7-6(b). (See attached.) There are several fully briefed 15 matters pending before the Court, including the Commissioner’s Objection to the 16 2015. Magistrate Report & Recommendation which was fully briefed on May 4, 20125. The 17 Court disposes of pending civil motions in chronological order, except for those motions 18 that require disposition on an expedited basis. The Court is working on motions 19 submitted after February 28, 2015, and will be moving through them chronologically.
