ORDER granting 1 Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis with caveat that fees shall be paid if recovery is made. Clerk shall file complaint. Clerk shall serve Commissioner of Social Security Administration by sending copy of summons and complaint by certified mail as outlined in attached order (service completed 6/27/13). Clerk shall issue summons to Social Security Administration and deliver summons and complaint to US Marshal for service on US Atty's Office. Defendants shall have 60 days to file answer.
