Clerk shall serve Commissioner of Social Security Administration by sending copy of summons and complaint by certified mail as outlined in attached order (service completed 6/27/13). Clerk shall issue summons to Social Security Administration and deliver summons and complaint to US Marshal for service on US Atty's Office. Defendants shall have 60 days to file answer.
