LEGRAND, et al., Respondents. 14 15 This action is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 16 2254, by a Nevada state prisoner represented by counsel. Respondents have filed a 17 motion for a third extension of time in which to file a reply in support of the pending 18 motion to dismiss. Respondents seek a thirty (30) day enlargement of time, up to and 19 including September 10, 2014, to file a reply. Having reviewed the motion and good 20 cause appearing, respondents’ motion is granted. 21 It is therefore ordered that respondents’ motion for a third extension of time to file 22 a reply (dkt. no. 28) is granted. The reply shall be filed on or before September 10, 23 2014.
