ORDER granting 1 Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. No initial installment required. Monthly payments due until full filing fee paid (copy of order sent via NEF to finance and via USPS to NDOC). Clerk shall elec tronically serve copy of order, copy of screening order 9 and copy of amended complaint 6 on AG's Office (served via NEF). Within 21 days, the AG's Office shall file notice advising court re acceptance of service (see attached for det ails). Answer for any represented defendants due within 60 days.
