ORDER granting Plaintiff's 1 application to proceed IFP. The Clerk shall FILE the complaint. The Clerk shall SERVE the Commissioner of SSA with a copy of the Summons and Complaint by certified mail as directed in the order (USPO cert ified mail 7003 2260 0003 9700 7125, 7003 2260 0003 9700 7088, 7003 2260 0003 9700 7101 sent 11/19/2013). The Clerk shall ISSUE a summons to the SSA and deliver the summons and complaint to the USM for service on the USAO as directed in the order (de livered 11/19/2013).
