ORDER - # 8 Motion for reconsideration is denied. # 1 IFP Application is granted. However, even though the Court is dismissing this action, the full filing fee must still be paid. NDOC shall pay Clerk the full $350 filing fee from inmate acc ount. Clerk shall send copy this order to Finance and to NDOC Inmate Services. (E-service to Finance; mail to NDOC on 4/22/2014.) This action is dismissed without prejudice for plaintiff's failure to file a complaint. Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly.
