Humphrey, 512 U.S. 477 (1994). (ECF No. 5 at 5). The Clerk of 16 the Court entered judgment accordingly. (ECF No. 7). 17 On August 12, 2014, Plaintiff filed a motion to reopen the case. (ECF No. 9). In his 18 motion to reopen his case, Plaintiff files a motion for an appointment of counsel and attaches 19 numerous exhibits. (See generally ECF No. 9). The Court denies the motion to reopen this 20 case. Plaintiff shall not file any further documents in this case. 21 II. For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that the motion to reopen the case (ECF 22 23 No. 9) is denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall not file any further documents in this 24 25 26 CONCLUSION case. Dated: This 25th dayday of August, 2014.
