ORDER Clerk shall issue summon to remaining defendants and deliver same, along with sufficient copies of the complaint, to the Marshal for service. The Clerk shall send plaintiff sufficient number of USM-285 forms along with one copy of papers submitted. Plaintiff shall have 20 days to furnish to the US Marshal the required USM-285 forms (see attached for further details re service). Henceforth, plaintiff shall serve upon defendants copy of every pleading submitted to the Court. Signed by Magistrate Judge Valerie P. Cooke on 7/2/14.
