ORDER Application to proceed IFP 1 is granted. No initial installment required. Monthly payments due until filing fee paid (copy of order sent via NEF to finance and vis USPS to Chief of Inmate Services). Clerk shall electronically serve copy of this order and copy of complaint 7 on AG's Office (served via NEF/NEF regeneration 7/7/14). Within 21 days, AG's Office shall advise the Court re acceptance of service (see attached for details). Answer due within 60 days for any represented defendants. Henceforth, Plaintiff shall serve upon defendants copy of all pleadings submitted to the Court. Signed by Magistrate Judge Valerie P. Cooke on 7/7/14.
