The court finds that petitioner is able to pay the full filing fee of five dollars 17 ($5.00). 18 Petitioner also has submitted a motion for relief from order and/or motion for change of 19 venue (#12), regarding the reassignment of this action to the undersigned. The court will be able to 20 decide this action impartially. 21 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the application to proceed in forma pauperis (#9) is 22 DENIED. Petitioner shall have thirty (30) days from the date that this order is entered to have the 23 filing fee of five dollars ($5.00) sent to the clerk of the court. Failure to comply will result in the 24 dismissal of this action. 25 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the court shall send petitioner two copies of 26 this order.
