The Court has considered the pleadings and memoranda of the parties and other 15 relevant matters of record and has made a review and determination in accordance with the 16 requirements of 28 U.S.C. § 636 and applicable case law, and good cause appearing, the court hereby 17 ADOPTS AND ACCEPTS the Report and Recommendation of the United States 18 Magistrate Judge (ECF #21). 19 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Amended Motion for Remand (ECF #20) is 20 DENIED. 21 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant’s Cross Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF 22 #15) is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close this case. 23 IT IS SO ORDERED this 5th day of January, 2016. 24 25 26 _______________________________ ROBERT C.
