R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1), that the above-captioned 3 action should be dismissed with prejudice by order of this Court. 4 This Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice is executed as part of an out-of-court 5 settlement between the parties. The Court ORDERED that that the stipulation of dismissal 6 be filed with the Court by Friday October 18, 2019.
