ORDER IFP Application 5 is granted. No initial installment required. Monthly payments due until full filing fee paid (copy of order sent via NEF to finance and via USPS to NDOC). Clerk shall electronically serve copy of order and copy of complaint 8 on AG's Office. AG's Office shall advise Court re acceptance of service within 21 days.
