On December 7, 2016 17 Plaintiff filed Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 18 46) and Defendant filed an Opposition to Plaintiff’s Objections (ECF No. 47) on 19 December 20, 2016. 20 21 The Court has conducted its de novo review in this case, has fully considered the 22 objections of the Plaintiff, the pleadings and memoranda of the parties and other 23 relevant matters of record pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule IB 3-2. 24 The Court determines that the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation (ECF 25 No. 43) entered on November 22, 2016, should be ADOPTED and ACCEPTED. 26 27 28 1 Refers to Court’s docket number.
