The Court 17 grants both motions. 18 19 It is therefore ordered that respondents’ motion for waiver of compliance with LR IA 10-3 (ECF No. 39) is granted. 20 It is further ordered that petitioner’s unopposed motion for extension of time to file 21 a response to respondents’ motion to dismiss (first request) (ECF No. 40) is granted. 22 Petitioner will have through October 6, 2016, to file and serve a response to the motion 23 to dismiss (ECF No. 30). 24 DATED THIS 18th day of August 2016. 25 26 27 28 MIRANDA M.
