ORDER granting ECF No. 146 Stipulation. The 2016 Asset Freeze is modified to permit Lisa Kaplan to sell the Subject Property as specified herein. The excess proceeds from the sale of the Subject Property shall first be paid to the Commissi on in satisfaction of Lisa Kaplan's outstanding judgment debt and any remaining proceeds shall be paid in accordance with the Parties' agreement.
