Pursuant to LR IA 6-1, LR IA 6-2, and LR 7.1, the parties, by and through their undersigned

counsel, hereby stipulate and agree to vacate the evidentiary hearing on Plaintiff’s emergency motions

18

for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction. (ECF Nos. 23, 24). The evidentiary

19

hearing is currently set for May 7, 2018, at 9:00 AM.

The parties have reached a tentative settlement and a Stipulation and Order for Dismissal with

21

Prejudice will be filed within thirty days. The parties respectfully request that the Court vacate the

22

evidentiary hearing.
