On January 24, 2019, the Court 16 issued an order informing Plaintiff that this action will be dismissed without prejudice for 17 want of prosecution pursuant to provisions of LR 41-1, if no action is taken in this case by 18 February 23, 2019. 1 (ECF No. 28.) Plaintiff has failed to comply with that order. 19 It is therefore ordered that the above entitled action is dismissed without prejudice 20 for want of prosecution pursuant to the provisions of LR 41-1.
