and Defendant Renown Health (“Defendant”), by and through its counsel of record,

that Plaintiff Shaun Robinson waives his right to file an appeal or otherwise seek

appellate review of any decision(s) issued by this Court in this matter. Additionally,

Plaintiff waives his right to pursue any and all claims, counterclaims, cross-claims
against any and all parties related to his prior employment with Defendant Renown

Health. In exchange, Defendant agrees to waive its entitlement to recover any

further costs awarded to it which are subject to the Writ of Garnishment (ECF No.

118) following the entry of this Order.
